Mini Retreats

Our mini retreats draw on healing practices that will lead you towards wholeness, peace and self-compassion. Take a few hours to restore, rest and nourish yourself as well as learn self-care practices to live daily life with understanding and ease.

Gentle movements, guided reflections, breathing and relaxation practices will all be a part of our time together. These retreats integrate a variety of science-based therapeutic models with the practice of gentle yoga.

A Morning of Nourishment

Sometimes we need extra time and permission to slow down, stretch, breathe and rest. Spend time caring for your mind, body and heart with nourishing yoga, meditation and breathing practices that will help you reset and feel more connected to yourself. You will leave feeling rested, peaceful and calm. Mini retreats are a gift of self-care and kindness and a way to honor all the many things that you hold being in this world. Be with the company of others who have the same wish and intention.

Breathing is the foundation of a calm mind, relaxed body and open heart. When your breath is slow, smooth and steady it influences how you feel. Breathing is simple, yet potent. In this mini retreat you will learn breathing practices specific to relaxation combined with gentle and restorative yoga poses. This mini retreat is for all levels . . . there is something to learn for everyone.
