Coming to Class at MBH . . .

Join us for classes at 9401 S. Oakley Ave. inside of Bethlehelm Lutheran Church on the second floor. Plenty of street parking is available on Oakley Ave.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Doors will be locked 5 minutes prior to the start of class due to being on the second floor. Unfortunately, we will not know if you are downstairs.

We have all the props you need: blankets, straps, eye pillows, bolsters, etc. However, students are asked to bring their own yoga mat. We do not have any at the studio.

Wearing a mask is optional for everyone when in the studio. Mats are about 2-3 feet between each other depending on class attendance; however, there are some classes that have more space.

We ask that you stay home if you feel sick in any way (COVID related or not), and, for the comfort of others, consider wearing a mask if your allergies are causing you to sniffle, cough or sneeze.

When you click on the ‘Register’ tab, you will be able to choose whether to register for the in-person or virtual option. Please remember that you must register in advance for all classes. If you are unable to attend a class that you have registered for, please deregister as soon as possible. You will not be able to deregister once we are within 12 hours of the class start time. If you do not deregister, a class credit will be deducted from your account. If you are on a Monthly Unlimited plan and you do not deregister, you will be charged the drop-in rate of $20.

If you have not deregistered, you will receive a recording within 3 hours of class.

We look forward to seeing you at our peaceful sanctuary!

“The yoga pose is not the goal. Becoming flexible is not the goal. Standing on your hands is not the goal. The goal is serenity. Balance. Truly finding peace in your own skin.”
