Formerly Beverly Yoga Center

Mind | Body | Heart - Yoga & Wellness values authenticity, compassion and peace. We offer contemplative practices in a quiet and intimate space that nourishes the mind, body & heart.

We believe to be human means to be attentive and attuned to what is going on inside of you with compassion and curiosity. Our quiet and intimate space is a place for you to do just that – care for mind, body & heart.

We offer yoga classes, private mindfulness meditation sessions, education programs, self-reflection groups and retreats. Each individual’s journey is personal, and there are various ways to care for yourself. Our hope is to be a refuge for you.

MBH was formerly Beverly Yoga Center. We changed our name and location in 2022 to adjust to the impact of covid. We have been offering services since 2006.
