My MBH office is located inside Bethlehem Church @ 9401 S. Oakley Ave. 2nd Floor. Appointments are available in person or telehealth on Monday evenings and daytime and early afternoon hours Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

  • Mind, Body & Heart Coaching and Somatic Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation rates are $125 per 50 minute session and are not individual therapy. Payment can be made by clicking the link below. After the first session, your credit card will be charged 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
  • All sessions are available via ZOOM or in person.
  • I require 24 hours cancellation.
