Teachers

Our teachers bring decades of experience teaching yoga and advanced training in traditional and classical styles. They are also students who live and practice the yogic philosophy and lifestyle. Their individual life experiences bring richness to each class.

Carly Crone

Owner | Teaches Mini Retreats & IFS Sessions

I have been teaching yoga and meditation since 2002. I offer a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere where people can nurture their body, calm their mind and connect with their heart.

My teaching philosophy invites students to slow down, breathe consciously, develop awareness and cultivate an inner friendliness. My classes incorporate gentle and relaxing movements and stretches, mindfulness, breathing practices and self-reflection. I weave yoga, mindfulness and therapeutic philosophies into my classes that can integrate easily into daily life that help make being human a little bit easier. My wish is that students will feel more balanced, relaxed and connected to themselves after class.

My life’s work has been devoted to supporting others connect with their spirit through their body, breath and heart. Somatic and Insight Yoga, Buddhist Psychology and Hatha and Yin styles are central to my teachings. I bring over 20 years of training, teaching and practice and is influenced by my wish to companion others on the path of being human. In addition to being a yoga and mindfulness teacher, I am also a psychotherapist, primarily steeped in Internal Family Systems, and am the owner of Mind | Body | Heart - Yoga & Wellness. Suzan Bertucci

Teaches Mindful & Slow Flow

Suzan hopes each class leaves you feeling strong and peaceful, energized and relaxed, and more connected to yourself. She believes the postures should feel good even when they challenge us. Uniting the mind and body with the breath brings a sense of ease in all poses from the plank to the mountain. Suzan studied two years at the Temple of Kriya Yoga, and is still inspired by her students after twenty years of teaching.

Alice Markel

Teaches Mindful

I teach yoga because I want to share the profound healing impact yoga has had on my life. I am drawn to help others find peace and integration of body, mind and spirit.

I teach Mindful Yoga classes which are a mixture of classic yoga poses, breath awareness and meditation. My classes are appropriate for seasoned yogis as well as students brand new to yoga. I encourage students to listen to their bodies and offer modifications to help them feel at ease in class.

Maureen Lally

Maureen believes yoga is for every BODY. She would like to make everyone feel welcome and and able to practice yoga. No matter their age, size or physical limitations.

Amy Slyfield

Teaches Mindful

Amy’s passion for yoga stems from her belief that yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of where they are in their life. She encourages students to incorporate yoga into their lives each day, knowing that a regular practice can positively impact both mental and physical health.

Aaron Duncan

Teaches Flow and Deep Stretch

Aaron was introduced to yoga after tearing his Achilles Tendon. After years of practicing, he started teaching and felt it was a natural calling. Yoga to this day has brought joy and meaningfulness to his life. He will continue to use the practice to spread the word of yoga, and use that energy to share with others.

Julie Chappetto

Teaches Flow & Yoga Nidra

I started practicing yoga to try something new and immediately became hooked. The most rewarding feeling of teaching yoga is to help others feel good. Yoga is a continuous journey for me that I truly enjoy.

“Being human is not about being any one particular way; it is about being as life creates you—with your own particular strengths and weaknesses, gifts and challenges, quirks and oddities.”
