Mind, Body & Heart Practices for Sleep

Sleep plays an important role in our well-being. When we are sleep depleted it influences many parts of our lives. Finding what works to help you sleep is unique to everyone and a process that evolves over time. During this mini retreat we will explore various factors that impact sleep and practice different ways that help with sleeplessness: mindfulness, guided refections, Yoga Nidra, breathing and gentle movements. Please bring a yoga mat.
