A once in a lifetime yoga retreat to inspire, explore and nourish.
Amori is a luxury, tropical boutique retreat center with uninterrupted, relaxing views overlooking the Petanu River Valley in Bali, Indonesia.
This exquisite mountain location provides wondrous experiences of nature, including sounds of the river and sightings of butterflies, dragonflies and local birdlife. Amori sheds unique insight into the sacred culture of Balinese village life.
Amori is designed for those who enjoy mountain breezes, the warmth of sunshine and swims in an infinity pool overlooking breathtaking views of lush greenery and rice fields. Around Ubud, the surrounding villages specialize in crafting and woodcarving. There are hundreds of shops which sell a variety of antiques, wood carvings, crafts, textiles, paintings and jewelry.
During this 7-night retreat you will enjoy a 2-hour in-depth morning yoga class overlooking the lush jungle and rice paddies while taking in the sounds of the Petanu River. Yoga classes on this retreat are slow paced and filled with mindful practices with an emphasis on the breath. They are meant to be deeply nourishing which will leave you feeling quiet, grounded and peaceful. These classes are open to all levels of students; however, it is helpful to be able to put weight on your hands and knees.
There will be plenty of time throughout the day to take walks through the village or along the rice paddies, receive nourishing spa treatments and take excursions to visit volcanoes, temples, a monkey forest or traditional Balinese villages and ceremonies.

- 2 hour daily yoga classes (No class on Wednesday for morning excursion.)
- 2 meals per day with a private chef (one off site dinner)

Recommendations
TRAVEL Fly into Denpasar (DPS), Bali. Amori Villas is near Ubud and is a 90-minute drive from the airport. Transportation is included both to and from the airport. There is a visa charge when arriving into Indonesia – $35USD.
TRAVEL INSURANCE We recommend purchasing travel insurance. We don’t offer refunds for weather delays, COVID or other last minute situations.
COVID – should the retreat need to be cancelled due to COIVD travel requirements another date will be chosen or refunded by your personal travel insurance policy.
EXCURSIONS additional activities not included in the retreat can be scheduled through Amori when we arrive.
MASSAGES & TREATMENTS can be scheduled prior to arriving to Amori. Information will be added.
CASH Most places accept credit cards and ATM’s are readily available. However, we recommend that you bring US dollars.

Airfare is not included in the cost of retreat. From Chicago, tickets cost approximately $1800.

Policies
- Refunds are not given unless the space can be filled by another registration. $250 administrative fee will be deducted if the room can be filled.
